Thunder
Our Thunder Program consists of our elite club teams that compete in the Volleyball Alberta Premier League. Attending tryouts are required to be placed on these teams. Thunder teams train three times a week and travel on designated weekends to compete in the VA Premier League, including the Provincial Championships. Teams also have the option to compete in other sanctioned tournaments in Canada including the Volleyball Canada National Championships, as well as other international tournaments.
Tryouts are normally held at the end of November and start of December and the season runs from January to May.
2024 Club Tryout Dates, Times, and Locations:
***Players must pre-reg for tryouts and pay the $25 non-refundable tryout fee. Players MUST also register with Volleyball Alberta as a 2024 Youth Recreational Player (Indoor). This fee goes to VA and covers your insurance for tryouts and allows the Club to add you to our programming. This is mandatory. (Register as a Rec. Youth Player HERE)
